The Big State League will feature the top baseball prospects in the region who have not yet progressed to the major leagues or an affiliated team. This league will take advantage of changes forthcoming in the major league system which will create gaps in its player development structure. BSL players will be allowed the opportunity to improve their skills, compete with top-level talent and increase their exposure in front of major league scouts.
